¿Viajar, viajar, viajar, habrá alguien a quien no le emociona esa palabra? Hay cosas en la vida que uno sueña desde que es pequeño, pero en ocasiones se dan de una manera tan inesperada que terminan tomándonos por sorpresa. Algo así me sucedió con este viaje. No diré que no quería ir a Nueva York. ¿Digo, quien no mira una película filmada en este lugar o escucha a Frank Sinatra y no desearía estar en la gran manzana? Pero me tomo tan de sorpresa, que cuando acorde ya estaba en el aeropuerto esperando mi vuelo.

¡Es un lugar que, WOW! Creo que no me alcanzarían las palabras para describir todo lo que sentí. Para empezar, mientras caminaba por Time Square, sentía como si fuera la protagonista de alguna película. Son tantas las luces, la magia, los edificios gigantes, la diversidad que no paras de asombrarte. Estuve allí aproximadamente una semana y siento que no me alcanzo el tiempo para terminar de admirar tan inmensa ciudad.

Si vas con suficiente tiempo, el clima se presta y eres de los que te encanta disfrutar de la naturaleza, te recomiendo que le dediques un día al parque urbano más visitado en Estados Unidos, Central Park. El parque esta gigante y hay tanto por ver. Quizá un picnic o tu workout mañanero estaría perfecto en ese lugar. De museos hay para todo tipo de gustos, a mí en lo personal me gusta lo moderno/contemporá-neo así que el MOMA fue mi mejor elección. Las mejores vistas desde Top of the Rock y el Empire State Building. Yo te recomiendo que compras el CityPass, asi puedes planear con más facilidad tu itinerario.

En verdad que me emociona tanto platicarte de este viaje podría escribir un blog por cada lugar que visite durante mi estancia. Pero para que más o menos se den una idea, les comparto estas fotitos de los lugares que visite en la ciudad que tienen que visitar por lo menos una vez en su vida.

Travel, travel, travel… who does not love to travel? To me, going to New York City was something that I dreamed of my whole life. I mean, who watches a movie filmed in NYC or listens to Frank Sinatra and doesn’t wish they were at the Big Apple? I had always wanted to go to NYC; but when I finally had the opportunity, it happened so unexpectedly, that when I realize it I was already at the airport waiting for my flight.

It’s a place, that WOW! I wouldn’t have enough words to describe what I felt. To begin with, while I walked on Times Square, I felt like if I was the main character of some movie. So many lights, magic, huge buildings, and the diversity of its people amazed me. I was there for about a week and it was not enough time to admire such an immense city.

If you are planning to visit this city, there’s a nice weather, and you love to enjoy nature; I recommend that you spend a day at the most visited city park in the United States, Central Park. This park is enormous and there is so much to see. Perhaps a picnic or your morning workout would be perfect at this location. There are also museums for all kinds of tastes; I personally like modern/contemporary art, so MOMA was my best choice. To appreciate the best views go to Top of the Rock and the Empire State Building. I do recommend that you purchase a CityPass, it makes it easier to plan your itinerary.

To be honest, it really excites me to talk to you about this trip; I think I could literally write a blog for each place I visited during my stay. But just to give you an idea, I share these pictures of the amazing places I visited at the city that you have to visit at least once in your lifetime.
